FOR the past six weeks, members of Carbery Hunt Pony Club have been preparing diligently at Hawthorn Villa in Innishannon for their Pony Club tests.

The tests took place on Sunday, February 22nd, with 22 children participating. Each rider completed assessments in both riding and stable management, demonstrating their skills, knowledge and commitment.

Under the guidance and instruction of Cathal Kiely over the six-week preparation period, the riders worked hard to ensure they were fully ready for the day. On the day of the tests, Examiner Shota Niikura assessed the candidates.

The club was delighted to report that all 22 children successfully passed their tests - a fantastic achievement and a testament to their dedication and hard work. Well done to all involved!
