MEMBERS of the Kildare Hunt Pony Club (KHPC) recently completed a training session at RACE in preparation for their upcoming pony race at the Punchestown Festival on May 2nd.

The race, generously sponsored by TRM, will be the opening fixture on the card at 12.15pm, offering young riders a unique opportunity to perform on one of Ireland’s most prestigious racing stages.

KHPC riders will compete on their own Pony Club ponies, showcasing not only their riding ability, but also the partnership they have developed with their ponies.

Enda Kelly, Chief Commercial Officer at TRM, commented: “This initiative provides an invaluable experience for these young equestrians, allowing them to demonstrate their skills, confidence, and horsemanship in a professional racing environment during the Punchestown Festival.
