THERE is an Irish Pony Club Festival qualifier today in Area 9 while tomorrow the Wexford Branch is holding a Connolly’s Red Mills eventing qualifier at Ballinaboola and the Laois Branch is running a fun Minimus and Tetrathlon training day which starts with the swim phase at the K Leisure Centre in Athy before moving on to Stradbally Hall for the run, shoot and ride phases.

On Sunday next, June 1st, the Golden Vale Branch is holding a fun Minimus which includes a lead rein/tiny tots class. The swim phase will be held at the Thurles Leisure Centre, the run at Thurles racecourse and the ride at Crossogue Equestrian outside the town.

The Minimus is being kindly sponsored by the locally-based Boomerang Horse & Country Store.
