ZOE Kavanagh and Farrellys Tavern took their second consecutive win at EI100 (Amateur) level at Glandoran, jumping double clear to finish on their dressage score of 23.8 in the 13-runner class. The combination were almost 10 marks clear of runners-up Joan Sinnott and the veteran Newtown Wilson, who finished just two seconds over the time allowed cross-country after scoring 31.5 in the dressage phase. Richard Hunter and Lady Lux Dignified finished third on 33.8.

Dressage scores dictated the placings in the Mercedes Benz EI90 (Amateur) class, where the top four added nothing to their first phase marks. Prolific Connemara breeder Edwina O’Connor topped the leaderboard with Ashwood Reggie, a former winner of the Irish Draught performance championship at Balmoral, while Elaine Hatton and Rising Crest finished less than two marks adrift.

Emily Lyons Duggan riding Artemis Moon and Emily Slaven riding Lugnaquilla Lux took third and fourth respectively.
