On Saturday, Laura came second in the maxi cob class on the Gentle Diamond seven-year-old Tilladavins Diamond, better known as Billy, who she had ‘borrowed’ for the day from Philip Hore.

“This is one of the best-known horses in the Killinick country!” said Whitney. “Everyone looking for a horse has hunted Billy but he was making his showing debut today so you’d have to be pleased with him. He looked after me for sure.”

On Sunday, Laura did even better as she was second in the intermediate power and speed class with Billy, before winning the Irish Draught performance class on the stallion Killinick Bouncer.
