Tipperary Foxhounds point

TIPPERARY Foxhounds are hosting their point-to-point on Sunday, December 4th at Lisronagh, Clonmel, Co Tipperary, first race off at 12 noon.

There’s bound to be big interest in the ladies side saddle race at 3pm. Outside of the action in the field, here will be a food fair and dog show, the latter starting at 2pm.

Riders flock to JAG

LARGE numbers flocked to JAG Equestrian for the first leg of the eagerly awaited 10-week Winter League, sponsored by TRI Equestrian last Sunday. With competitions catering for everyone from cross-poles to 1.10m.

The countdown to Christmas is going to be a busy time with riders trying to gain points to win the €1,000 Leading Rider prize.

Previous winner Aimee Heavey made a good start by producing three double clears on her mounts.
