Positive finish for Condell

IT was smiles all round for the Condell family at Moate show on Sunday, August 25th, as their home-bred Irish Draught colt won the best RID yearling colt or gelding class.

This win came after a summer of shows where the Scrapman colt (nicknamed Boots) was never out of the top four in the final line-up. The cherry on top of the cake came when he then went on to be called forward as the reserve champion.

The chesnut colt is out of the family’s mare Lady Dolanne, whose titles include National Pony Club Open Dressage Champion and Tullow Broodmare Champion. The team have been up and down the country all season showing Boots as well as Lady Dolanne, and also this year’s filly foal who is also by Scrapman.

Well done!
