WITH coronavirus paralysing much of the equine industry, and with most people confined to homes, yards and farms, now is the time to think of others families in need.

Brendan Walsh, a vastly experienced horseman, suffered a serious head injury in a horse-related accident recently and has been transferred to Tralee General Hospital to be near his family. His young son Jamie is a talented pony rider and his family are very grateful for all the support and kind messages received since the accident.

A GoFundMe page has been set up – search GoFundMe and Brendan Walsh – his friends and family hope that as many people as possible will support it.
