FORMALLY set up in 2001, the Irish Horse Welfare Trust has been caring for neglected horses ever since.

Covid-19 has impacted every charity in Ireland and around the world but you could really help support the IHWT’s work at their equine centre in Arklow by ordering a copy of their 2021 calendar.

Each month features images of the horses being cared for at the centre and every key date such as Easter and bank holidays are marked up so Pony Tales can safely attest it’s very handy to have! The cost of running a centre like the IHWT is over €300,000 per year and the public’s support is vital.
