SATURDAY, November 25th, will see 14 Hunts being given the opportunity to exhibit their sport on the famous Punchestown Banks Course, as the 2023 Huntsman’s Challenge takes place before the Grade 1 racing kicks off on day one of the Punchestown Winter Festival.

In order to participate, each Hunt is required to sell at least 30 Admission Tickets to the event and all proceeds will be in aid of the NHSPFS (National Hunt Steeplechase, Point-to-Point and Field Sports) Fund for Hunt insurance.

Two hunts will get to parade their hounds during racing on the day; these packs are to be decided at a later stage.

The Punchestown Sports Bar, situated on the first floor of the main Grandstand is to be reserved for all participating Hunts and their followers with Live Music after racing for all to enjoy.

Winter Festival

The new look Winter Festival will take place on Saturday, November 25th and Sunday, November 26. Gates 10am; first race 11.40am each day.
