2019 is a very special year for Gorey Agricultural Show as they celebrate their 160th annual show in Clonattin, Co. Wexford today (Saturday). Show organisers take pride in Gorey being one of the longest running agricultural shows in Ireland, which in itself is no mean feat.

The show is held on a site of 60 acres and every square inch will be used on the day with trade stands, amusements, a vintage display, dog show, sheep and cattle showing.

Equine activities include all the usual horse and pony showing classes, working hunter, as well as a child and pony fancy dress. There will also be show jumping classes on the day.

In addition to all of this, there will be an RDS Pony Games Qualifier which is always a spectacle to watch. It is sure to be an excellent day out for all the family so make sure you get down and support them in their 160th year.
