This major event will be held at Lisgarvan House, Ballon, Co Carlow on Saturday, March 12th next.

There are three events on the day – teams of three; senior singles and junior singles.
It’s expected that some 500 school pupils will take part from over 100 schools nationwide.
The event was officially launched recently by international show jumper Bertram Allen, a former competitor of interschools competitions himself.
Also attending the launch was managing director of Holmestead Saddlery Mags Heffernan and fellow sponsor Wriggle, leading mobile learning specialist for schools in Ireland, represented by Christina Clarkin. The third main sponsor is Kildare Wicklow Education Training Board.
This is the first time Colaiste Bhride has been asked to host the national event and entry details can be obtained from either cbcarnew.ie or equetraininterschools.com.
