BOTH on and off the screen, Dublin (Cobra 18 x Calido), the hugely talented grey 10-year-old ridden by World Number 1 Kent Farrington, is certainly making his mark.

Not content with being a star on the international showjumping circuit, he’s also making his mark in social circles, with a video of one of his rounds at the recent Windsor International Horse Show last weekend going viral on Facebook.

Dublin’s sire, Cobra 18 (Coronet Obolensky x Ramiro Z), is standing at Drumhowan Stud in Co Monaghan for the coming season and a video of Dublin’s round that was posted on the Cobra 18 Facebook page had been viewed over 116,000 times by early this week, with the post having reached over 325,872 people.

“Described by Farrington as ‘a horse with a big future’, Dublin is fast becoming one of the most talked about horses on the circuit today. With what looks like unlimited scope and a super careful attitude, we can see why the video has been so popular … and maybe breeding such a horse could be a reality rather than just a dream for Irish breeders,” said a delighted Jenny Doran.
