THE Donkey Sanctuary Belfast is hosting an Autumn Open Day on Saturday, September 7th with free family fun to be enjoyed by all ages.

Located at 72 Ballymartin Road, Templepatrick, Belfast BT39 0BS, there are two sessions between 11am and 1pm and between 2pm-4pm.

There will be lots to see and do both inside and out, including craft stalls and a whole host of activities for all ages. There will also be the opportunity to adopt the centre’s adoption donkeys Alfie and Benjy. Adopting a donkey is a great way to support the work of the The Donkey Sanctuary and enables the charity to continue reaching donkeys and mules in the UK and across the world.

Delicious refreshments will be available including homemade goodies and a barbeque. For some retail therapy, the Donkey World shop will be stacked with all sorts of donkey-inspired items, which make a great souvenir of the day.

All proceeds help fund the work of The Donkey Sanctuary in the community and around the world.

Entry to the Spring Open Day is free with free parking. The day will be split in two – from 11am to 1pm and from 2pm to 4pm.

Booking is essential and can be done by calling the centre on 02893 324647 or through the Eventbrite website: www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/the-donkey-sanctuary-autumn-open-day-saturday-7-september-2019-tickets-68130501163
