THE fantastic sum of €50,000 as been raised to support hunting packs in seven countries, including Ireland, via the International Virtual Hound Show (visit www.virtualhoundshow.com).

You can pit your judgement with the judges of 250 registered packs from seven countries encompassing 500 hounds and 30 show rings.

To date, the impressive sum of €50,000 has been raised for hunting packs in the silent auction whose fundraising has been so severely hit by Covid-19 and there is another week to go before the bidding action concludes.

You can still bid on the website on a trip to the Irish National Stud or a six-month free subscription to The Irish Field, what about breakfast with leading UK National Hunt trainer Nicky Henderson including a visit to his gallops, or sporting weekends of hunting, fishing, shooting and deer stalking with accomodation on three continents.
