WHEN it comes to show jumping and fashion, next week’s Dublin Horse Show has definitely got it all covered.

One businessman looking forward to next Friday’s Aga Khan Nations Cup is Philip Gavin, managing director of the Talbot Collection who now have five hotels in their group - Stillorgan Park, Talbot Carlow, Talbot Wexford, Midleton Park Hotel and the Oriel House Hotel in Ballicollig, Co Cork.
