Two-star win for

Jonathan Gordon

MAYO’s Jonathan Gordon won a two-star class in Lastrup, Germany, last Saturday. Riding the 10-year-old gelding Sunny, he was the fastest of 32 double clear rounds in the competitive class. The pair were second two days earlier in a 1.35m Table A.

Kellie Allen won twice in the one-star division with the six-year-old Balou du Rouet mare Kindly, owned by Torben Köhlbrandt Sporthorses GmbH. Allen lead her to victory in big class on Thursday when the best of 17 clear rounds and repeated the victory in Saturday’s six-year-old 1.35m class with a double clear.

Moore placed in France

GALWAY’s Stephen Moore placed third in last Saturday’s two-star 1.45m class in Valence, France, aboard Belo Horizonte. Just one week after winning at the venue, they were double clear in 29.74 seconds to earn €2,250. Victory went to France’s Simon Delestre and L’Amelusina R 51 (0/0 28.61).

The four-star Grand Prix at the venue was won for the home nation by Francois Xavier Boudant riding Brazyl du Mezel who earned €25,000 when pipping Britain’s John Whitaker to the post. Moore picked up a single time fault in the first round with Alberk K to finish 12th.

One-star win for Nano Healy in Sentower

NANO Healy won a one-star 1.20m class in Sentower Park, Belgium, last Friday. Riding Costa Concordia, he was the fastest of 13 double clear rounds in 33.45 seconds, and also slotted into seventh place with Kara J D’Alve Z. Hannah O’Shea finished fourth in the one-star 1.30m Grand Prix at the venue. Riding Cento Blue, she was one of nine double clear rounds.
