EVER wondered exactly how the best show horse producers have their horses so immaculately turned-out in the show ring?

A new video series promises to reveal some of the show ring secrets employed by award-winning producer and social media star Ciara Mullen.

Produced by The Irish Field with leading equine care brand Carr & Day & Martin, the series is aimed at riders, grooms and producers at every level.

The first of 15 episodes in the series will be released on April 8th and subsequent episodes will be released weekly, leading up to the Dublin Horse Show.

Among the topics covered by the series are:

  • Building healthy coats, manes and tails ahead of the season
  • Clipping, rugging and coat care routines
  • Mane and tail preparation for plaiting
  • Show ring finishing techniques
  • Essential “night before” and “morning of” grooming routines
