TWO dozen Irish Pony Club members are in Gloucestershire this weekend for the UK Pony Club’s mini home international Tetrathlon at Oxstalls Farm where, of course, shooting is one of the four disciplines.

Taking on teams representing England and Wales are Breandán Purcell (Golden Vale), Shannon Griffith (Killinick), Áilbhe Reilly (Ward Union), Ruth Cregan (Co Limerick) and Archie McCartan (Co Limerick). These five are also competing as Ireland Harp in the regional Tetrathlon which runs in conjunction with the international.

The other IPC teams are as follows:- Ireland Gold – Olivia Roche (Duhallow), Pixie Murphy (North Kilkenny), Georgina Purcell (Scarteen), Lucy Donovan (Island) and Nia Webbon (Kildare); Ireland Green – Julienne Kennedy (Co Limerick), Isobel Landy (Tipperary), Scott Doran (Killinick), Grainne Donegan (The Kingdom) and Orlaith Frisby (Waterford); Ireland White – Dave Hennessy (Tipperary), Freya Barry (Co Limerick), Ethan Murphy (Co Limerick), Jamie Cronin (Duhallow) and Oisin O’Donnell (United); Ireland Claddagh – Molly Jean Clarke (North Kilkenny), Benjamin Galligan (Wicklow), Cathal Foster (Co Limerick) and Oliver Ormond (Waterford).
