LAST minute preparations are well under way for the fourth Traditional Irish Horse Association Hunter Show and Go which takes place at Scarteen next Tuesday.
With three selections days completed and 130 very well prepared horses seen, the selectors were under enormous pressure to make the final call.
The Hunter Show and Go first started with a catalogue of 38 horses and has grown steadily each year since its inception.
This year there are 70 horses catalogued with enquiries from Britain and Europe, not to mention huge local and national interest.
With the new format this year of horses being sold by auction, next Tuesday’s selling action starts at 2.30pm while the showing of the horses begins at 10.30am.
