We were delighted with him at Christmas winning the Savills Chase at Leopardstown and we have yet to chat to connections about future plans, but we are leaning towards sending him straight to Cheltenham for the Gold Cup.

All he appeared to do at Leopardstown was stay. Obviously, he has the extra distance to cover in the Gold Cup at Cheltenham, but he appeared to be doing his best work at the finish at Christmas time so we’ll just have to see if he will get the trip in the Gold Cup.

It’s pretty incredible what he has done so far as he’s one Grade 1s over two miles and three miles and he’s only seven. He’s adaptable ground wise.

Fair play to Alex Elliott as he found him in France, and he is a lovely horse to have anything to do with. We know now that he must go left-handed, and we found that out in his novice season. He has been super since Leopardstown.

He has done really well, and he won his maiden hurdle at Navan and he ran very well in the graded novice again at Navan. For whatever reason he never performed the last day and he had been on the go since February and he may have needed a break.

We have freshened him up since and the plan is to bring him back for the spring. We’ll look at some of the nice novice hurdles at the likes of Fairyhouse and possibly Aintree.

I have been delighted with him, winning that good race at Down Royal and I thought he ran very well for a four-year-old at Leopardstown at Christmas time. He is a big horse, and he has strengthened up again since then. He missed out the second and third last the last day which didn’t help him and at the minute we are thinking of sending him straight to Cheltenham for the Champion Hurdle.

He is a big, scopey horse and he is improving all the time and hopefully he’ll continue to do so.

She was really good the last day and I was delighted to train a winner for Mark Phelan who has been very patient with her. Mark is a big supporter of racing. We had to back off her after her first run, but she was impressive when she won at Limerick. She stays well and there is a new novice hurdle at Navan that she could go for.

While she clearly stays well, she is far from slow. She is very honest, and two to two and a half miles looks fine for her. She has very little racing done, and she is one to look forward to.

I have this thing that he is a three-miler, but I think I’m wrong and he will go for the Kincloch Brae at Thurles and then we’ll see about the spring for him. He has been a super horse for us, and I am looking forward to running him at Thurles.

He was very disappointing on that bad ground at Limerick and we have had to back off him since. I think we can forgive him that run at Limerick as he couldn’t handle that ground at all.

We were obviously delighted with him at Naas and he is a horse that we have always held in high regard. He has had three runs this season and he has stepped up with each run and to win a Grade 1 the way he did at Naas was great, in particular for Brian Acheson (Robcour) who has been a huge supporter of Irish racing.

I was hoping that he would run well but I was pleasantly surprised for him to win the way he did.

He will go straight to Cheltenham now and he has options over there. He is not short of speed and Davy Roche, who rides him at home, was very happy with him on the lead-up to Naas. The way he won there suggests that the Ballymore looks the most likely race for him, but I want to chat with Brian first.

I’d say he’ll be entered in the Supreme as well, but I’d say the Ballymore is the more likely race that he’ll go for.

She is a nice mare, and she will go for a good mares’ novice hurdle at Fairyhouse at the end of the month. That’s a Grade 3 so that will tell us more about her. We’ve a good record in that race having won it with Honeysuckle and Minella Melody.

We were delighted with him at Naas where he was beaten by a very good horse. Rachael said that he struggled in the very heavy ground there, so we won’t run him on bad ground again.

He has the option of going straight to Cheltenham for the Arkle and he is also in the Arkle at Leopardstown. We’ll see how he comes out of Naas first and there are some nice options for a horse like him in the spring. He would appreciate better ground.

He seems to be in very good form. We backed off him after the John Durkan where he seemed to run below par, but that may have come too soon after he ran in Down Royal just a few weeks earlier.

We have entered him in the Ryanair, and he could go straight there. He has also has the option of running in the Red Mills Chase at Gowran and he runs well fresh. I’d say he could go for the Red Mills and then something else or he’ll go for the Ryanair.

We bought him after he won his point-to-point. He wasn’t here long when he ran very well in a maiden hurdle at Leopardstown. I was delighted with him the first day when he won what looked a very good maiden hurdle, but then he disappointed us in the Grade 2 Navan Novice Hurdle. She seems to be in mighty form and I have been delighted with her. She had to tough it out when she won the Hatton’s Grace. She took a little blow before she turned into the straight and she was a bit tired. They didn’t go much of a gallop and it was her first run back. I think she has definitely come on for it.

She took the race really well and she’ll go to Leopardstown now for the Irish Champion Hurdle. She has been entered in the Mares’ Hurdle and Champion Hurdle and we’ll decide on her target after Leopardstown.

I was very happy with him at Leopardstown when he finished second to Appreciate It in the Grade 1 Future Champions. That was only his second start over hurdles and that was a big step-up in class for him, but he ran really well, and he’ll go back to Leopardstown for the two-mile Grade 1 there at the Dublin Racing Festival. He’s a nice horse and he seems adaptable ground-wise.

I was delighted with him at Christmas time (won beginners’ chase at Leoparstown) and he looks a nice horse. He’s versatile trip-wise and he won his maiden over two miles and one furlong but I’d say two or two and a half miles will be fine for him. We’ve kept him busy, so we have backed off him and we’ll look at the good novice chase for him, possibly at the Easter Festival at Fairyhouse.

I have been delighted with him. He was only just chinned in the Morgiana and on the basis of that, he has earned a crack at the Champion Hurdle at Cheltenham. In the meantime, he has an entry in the Irish Champion Hurdle, but he is more likely to go to Gowran for the Red Mills.

He is a very progressive horse, and he is right in the mix as far as far as the Irish horses are concerned for the Champion Hurdle, so assuming he runs well at Gowran, he’ll head to Cheltenham.

She ran well the other day at Thurles but it all happened a shade too quick for her that day. She has done very well for us, winning two and was fourth in a listed race. He stays well and he looks a really nice horse to go jumping fences with. We’ll see how he gets on at Clonmel and then we’ll see where we might go with him in the spring. It was just one of those things when he fell at Leopardstown. He had jumped so well on his two starts beforehand at Wexford and Navan. It was just a silly mistake. He seems good since and hopefully he will have learned from that.

He’ll go to Leopardstown for the Irish Gold Cup next. After Leopardstown, the Gold Cup is on the only option for him at Cheltenham and he’ll do plenty of schooling before Leopardstown just to get his confidence back. We’ll aim for a clear round at Leopardstown and if he does that, we’d be hoping that he runs very well there. He is a very good horse, and he has achieved a lot already. I thought she ran really well at Leopardstown, but she appears to be a better mare going around Cheltenham than anywhere else, so she’ll go straight there now.
