2.15 Wexford Fillies Maiden Hurdle (4yo) 2m 190yd
The ground is sure to suit Tell The Boys on her hurdling debut. It was “good” when she was runner-up in a bumper at Cork and again when she scored by all of 14 lengths when a strong favourite at Listowel at the end of May.
On the back of those performances, she’s easily forgiven her effort on softer ground at Roscommon subsequently.
Baby Pearl started out in an academy hurdle on very testing ground at Navan in December of last year and is likely to get much closer this time while the more experienced Felicity Smoak could also figure if she jumps better today than she did late on at Cork.

It could be worth taking a chance on Harpy Eagle. He showed up well on a few occasions last year and there could be more to come after his run behind Ocean Murphy here last month, only his second run back after a four-month absence.
He’s much better of at the weights with that same rival this time.
Marian Avenue was thrown out after winning at Limerick at the end of May but he clearly has a chance on that effort and his earlier runner-up finish at Punchestown.
Morell River won over this course and distance last October and again in May also rates as a top contender.

Nadia’s Boy made a very encouraging chasing debut when third to his own stable companion Soir De Garde over two miles here at the end of June, showing up well from the front and only giving best at the final fence.
William Tell came from off the pace to snatch second place by half a length that day but will do well to confirm the form. Scalpnagoon has it all to do as he was 20 lengths further back in third place. The biggest threat might well come from West Away who was running for the first time since December when third to Queenofthelodge here a little over two weeks ago.

Leave In Secret was soundly beaten over a longer trip on his last visit here but gets the vote after a far better display at last week’s Galway Festival. Over a distance closer to today’s, he ran a big race to take third spot behind Tell Us This, leading for much of the way and only headed on the approach to the straight.
Tequila Talkin’ wasn’t at her best here last time but much of her earlier form at the course gives her a big chance of success.
Oneforgonzo was a handicap chase winner at Killarney in May and ran well for much of the way in a handicap hurdle at Galway more recently.

Rockonliam goes back up in trip to contest his first handicap chase. Clearly in the best of form, he easily added a beginners’ chase win here at the end of June to a comfortable handicap hurdle success at Listowel a month earlier and there should be more to come.
There was only a neck between Rue Taylor and Teenage Kiss when they dominated in a handicap chase here in late June, they should play their part along with Ceroc who also boasts nice form at the course and was a winner again here recently.

Ned In The Park was a first-fence casualty when badly hampered at Galway but might be considered on his run here at the end of June when second to Rockonliam in a beginners’ chase. He came from off the pace that day without threatening the winner and might well fare better in this lesser race.
Ballybrittas and Lady Doyanne clash again after finishing first and second here last time and there shouldn’t be much between again. Kilbrin Rocco was second here in May after a narrow victory at Tramore while Bynx won this race last year and arrives on the back of a flat success at Tramore.

While the form of the race has barely been tested, Honey Buck’s looked to start off well with a runner-up finish at Cork four weeks ago. She led over a furlong out that day only to be headed well inside the final furlong by Hilly Filly. The experience should stand to her at least.
Alicious is running for the first time here and is obviously feared as she represents the champion trainer. Dancing Symbol runs for last year’s winning team and she too is very much respected.
