1.20 Irish Stallion Farms EBF Fillies Maiden 5f 205yd

A real eye-catcher when staying on nicely for sixth on her debut at Gowran, Ita Florence should know more now. Slowly away and running green on that occasion, the Jim Bolger-trained filly kept on well once the penny dropped. Although she will need to do things right over this trip, she looks to have plenty of potential.

Having shown a degree of promise on her first two starts, Katty ran her best race to date when third at the Curragh recently. If she replicates that form, she should go very close.

SELECTION: ITA FLORENCE

1.56 Tifrums Irish EBF (C & G) Maiden 5f 205yd

Having stepped up considerably from his debut run to finish second over course and distance last time, Bengal Tiger can go one better. Wearing first time cheekpieces on that occasion, the Aidan O’Brien-trained colt made a short-priced favourite work hard. With that headgear retained now, the No Nay Never colt can prevail.

With the majority of those that have previously run needing to improve to get involved, the selection’s stablemate Major Triumph could go close on debut.

SELECTION: BENGAL TIGER

Next best: Major Triumph

2.30 Irish EBF Auction Series Race Final 7f

The Scallionator has been set some stiff tasks of late, but the Michael Mulvany-trained colt holds definite claims here. Nicely treated at the weights due to the conditions of this race, he looks sure to play a leading role.

Listowel winner Letmeentertainyou is a colt of huge potential. Unlucky in running when taking a wide course off the bend at Down Royal on his penultimate start, David Marnane’s Ebro River colt was a decisive winner last time.

SELECTION: THE SCALLIONATOR

Next best: Letmeentertainyou

3.05 Irish Stallion Farms EBF Garnet Stakes (Listed Race) (Fillies & Mares) 1m

Course-and-distance winner Faiyum can score here for the Ger Lyons stable. Runner-up in a Group 3 at the Curragh on her penultimate start, the form of that race was well advertised by the winner on Arc weekend. Although slightly disappointing last time, the daughter of Frankel deserves another chance.

Princess Child, who stayed on well for minor honours when second at the Curragh last weekend, shouldn’t be far away. At her best under these conditions, the Joseph O’Brien-trained five-year-old has decent claims in a competitive affair.

SELECTION: FAIYUM

Next best: Princess Child

3.40 Irish Stallion Farms EBF Bluebell Stakes (Listed Race) (Fillies & Mares) 1m 3f 202yd

Caught U Sleeping could be the answer here for Noel Meade and Colin Keane. Third at Killarney earlier in the week, the three-year-old makes a quick reappearance. Given that she scored at this track in May when running back quickly after a similar gap, it could pay to side with the daughter of Cotai Glory.

A listed winner at Galway last time, Beset arrives here at the top of her game. Joseph O’Brien continues to have his string in fine form and the Expert Eye mare has every chance of further gains.

SELECTION: CAUGHT U SLEEPING

Next best: Beset

4.15 Colm White Bookmaker Beggar’s End Handicap (Premier Handicap) 2m

Galway Hurdle winner Putapoundinthejar is an interesting contender for the Tony Martin yard. Lightly raced on the flat, the six-year-old comes here on the back of a chase win at Sligo. While his stamina over this two-mile trip is something of an unknown, his trainer excels in these long-distance handicaps. Light Up The Dark has run better than the bare form suggests in a couple of similar races in recent months. With apprentice Shay Wallace taking 7lb off her back, the five-year-old mare has to enter calculations.

SELECTION: PUTAPOUNDINTHEJAR

Next best: Light Up The Dark

4.50 TRM Calphormin - Strong Foundation, Strong Future Apprentice Handicap 1m 2f 149yd

Despite being an 18-race maiden, Senna’s Girl has shaped well enough on a number of occasions to suggest she is capable of winning races. Versatile in terms of ground conditions, the daughter of Arizona should go close here under Mel Sheridan. Guy’s Girl had been running into form prior to opening her account at Clonmel last time. Only 4lb higher now, the Willie McCreery-trained filly looks sure to be involved at the finish again.

SELECTION: SENNA’S GIRL

Next best: Guy’s Girl

5.25 SIS, Supporting Irish Racing Fillies Handicap 1m 2f 149yd

Having endured a nightmare passage when sixth at Down Royal last time, Navy Waters can make amends. Travelling strongly on the inside rail early in the straight, Billy Lee had to sit and suffer on the mare as the gaps failed to appear. Granted a clearer run here, she can score for in-form trainer Willie McCreery.

Vanir, who filled the runner-up spot in that aforementioned handicap, shouldn’t be far away. Another to have had her path blocked late on, the Joseph O’Brien-trained filly stayed on late for minor honours.

SELECTION: NAVY WATERS

Next best: Vanir
