1.25 CORRIB OIL MAIDEN HURDLE 2M

All Hell Let Loose is hard to oppose on his return to action. He was below his best when last seen in action at Punchestown but he did win a bumper at Thurles in March. He should be too strong for Old Storm who hasn’t gone on from an encouraging third to Princely Conn in a bumper here at the Festival. Rocky Court was second to Dandridge in a fast ground maiden hurdle here last month and he was a few lengths in front of Old Storm in a Bellewstown maiden in August. He looks the pick of the remainder.

Selection: ALL HELL LET LOOSE

1.55 SANSERV RATED NOVICE CHASE 2M 1F

Since going chasing, Un Beau Roman has performed to an encouraging standard and he should find this race within his reach. He was most unlucky not to score on his chasing debut at Killarney in July when exiting at the last but he easily made amends at Tramore and he comes here off a creditable 1¼l second to Ted Veale at Roscommon last month. He may have most to fear from Cavite Beta who won at Killarney in August before finishing a 6l second to He’s Our Man in a handicap chase at Sligo at the start of the month. Mister Hotelier is also respected as he looks to build on his recent beginners’ chase win at Limerick.

Selection: UN BEAU ROMAN

Next best: Cavite Beta

2.30 RENVYLE HOUSE HOTEL HANDICAP CHASE 2M 1F

Valours Minion has enjoyed an industrious autumn and he might be able to notch up another success. The lightly weighted 11-year-old will need to improve on his latest third to Massinis Adventure at Clonmel but he is a course winner over hurdles and he would have an excellent chance on his victory over Tisamystery and Holeinthewall Bar at Listowel in September. Mitebeall Forluck would have been placed in the Sligo handicap won by He’s Our Man last time and he ran well in a stronger race than this to finish third to Coldstonesober over this course and distance in September. However, he is due to run at Wexford on Saturday.

Selection: VALOURS MINION

Next best: Mitebeall Forluck

3.05 CCTV VENUE CONTROL MAIDEN HURDLE 2M

This could see Celtic Abbey add this race to his triumph in a Ballinrobe bumper two years ago. He has posted a couple of reasonable maiden hurdles efforts this autumn and a repeat of his 5¾l third to Grandma Dotty at Gowran Park earlier this month would suffice. The winner of that race wasn’t disgraced behind Little King Robin next time and the runner-up Tiger Trek, won at Thurles on Thursday. Lo Siento is forgiven a poor run at Cork in May and his previous second to Holeinthewall Bar at Ballinrobe would give him a definite chance. Dun Scaith is interesting now that he reverts to hurdles following a couple of falls over fences.

Selection: CELTIC ABBEY

Next best: Lo Siento

3.40 FABER AUDIOVISUALS HANDICAP HURDLE 2M

It’s All An Act has been in tremendous form lately and he can make it four wins from his last five starts. The progressive six-year-old comes here off handicap hurdle wins at Fairyhouse and Punchestown. He is moving up in grade for this contest but he is only 12lb higher as a result of those two triumphs and, off bottom weight, he looks more than capable of holding his own in this higher grade. His biggest danger could come from Smiler who still held every chance when making a costly mistake at the final flight in a Listowel handicap hurdle where he finished a 4l fourth to Portrade.

Selection: IT’S ALL AN ACT

Next best: Smiler

4.15 WWW.SWORDSECURITY.COM (Q.R.) RACE 1M 6F

This could see Windsor Park bring up a four-timer. A classy dual bumper winner, he got off the mark on the flat when defeating Call Me Pj by 2¼l in a 1m 6f maiden at Gowran Park last month. A good deal more will be required from him here but he is a course winner and it is safe to assume that he can progress. He is chosen ahead of the versatile and reliable Marchese Marconi who was fourth in this race last year. Marchese Marconi won over hurdles here at the summer Festival and he comes here off an excellent third to stablemate El Salvador in the Irish Cesarewitch.

Selection: WINDSOR PARK

Next best: Marchese Marconi

4.45 T.V. O’BRIEN MEMORIAL (PRO/AM) FLAT RACE 2M

Captain Von Trappe should be able to make a winning start on the track. He showed promise in two point-to-point outings, reaching the frame on his debut before then winning easily at Dawstown in early May. He now makes his debut for Gordon Elliott and the level of promise that he showed in points is such that he is preferred to Bay Of Freedom whose career began with a pleasing third to Fearachain at Listowel. Haddington Road didn’t run at all badly when fourth to Utmost Zeal at Punchestown last week and he too has a chance.

Selection: CAPTAIN VON TRAPPE

Next best: Bay Of Freedom
