The following horses noted by our reporters on their latest starts hold these engagements over the next six days:

EMPIRE OF DIRT

Entered at Punchestown tomorrow

Noted at Navan November 22nd: Held every chance when falling three out in the Troytown. Should benefit from this outing and could gain amble compensation in something like the Paddy Power Chase.

CHATHAM HOUSE RULE

Entered at Punchestown on Thursday

Noted at Limerick October 11th: He ran a cracking race in the four-year-old hurdle to finish third under a first time tongue tie on his first outing since April. Further improvement can be expected, coming from this quarter and he should be capable of stepping up in grade.

DOUBLE ISLAND

Entered at Punchestown on Thursday

Noted at Fairyhouse November 18th: Point-to-point winner and jumped really well on hurdle debut when beating all bar favourite Open Eagle.

JER’S GIRL

Declared to run at Aintree today

Noted at Limerick November 8th: Could not be faulted on her first outing over hurdles and, with stamina not an issue she could be in line for further success in the juvenile department as the winter season progresses.
