The following horses, noted by our reporters on their latest starts, hold these engagements over the next six days:

DOWNFORCE (IRE)

Declared to run at the Curragh today & entered at Gowran Park on Wednesday

Noted at Sligo on May 1st: He was well suited by seven furlongs and looks capable of adding to his success here.

MAGICAL FIRE (IRE)

Declared to run at Curragh today

Noted at Naas May 11th: This Dragon Pulse filly showed plenty of promise on her debut in the fillies’ maiden won by Cuff. She was beaten less than five lengths despite missing the break. She could improve substantially off this outing.

CURLEY BILL (IRE)

Declared to run at the Curragh today

Noted at Tipperary April 21st: This horse was given a sympathetic ride on his comeback from a very lengthy absence to finish a moderate fourth. Providing he stays sound, he can show improvement.

MUTADAFFEQ (IRE)

Declared to run at the Curragh tomorrow

Noted at the Curragh August 9th: The well-bred son of New Approach took a long time to get going on debut before passing nearly all the field in the final two furlongs of the mile maiden.

SAAFARR (GB)

Declared to run at the Curragh tomorrow

Noted at Leopardstown May 9th: He ran a fine race to take fifth in the Derby Trial having made the running. This run and his previous second to The Gurkha suggests that he will have no trouble making his mark in a maiden.

BRINGEROFTHEDAWN (IRE)

Entered at Sligo on Monday

Noted at Ballinrobe May 3rd: This former winning pointer followed his maiden hurdle win at this track last month with a creditable second to Peoples Park in the beginners’ chase and it won’t be long before he is making his mark over fences.

IMAGINE IF (IRE)

Entered at Tipperary on Thursday

Noted at Navan May 15th:

He ran well on his debut and should be opening his account before long.

WINDSOR BEACH (IRE)

Entered at Gowran Park on Wednesday

Noted at the Curragh May 2nd: This gelding was having his first run for almost two years when finishing fourth in the maiden won by Mizaah. He should improve appreciably from this.
