1.30 Irish Stallion Farms EBF Fillies’ Maiden 6F

So Wonderful can bounce back from an unplaced run in the Albany Stakes at Royal Ascot. Her previous fifth to Etoile in a Naas Group 3 represents solid form and several of those that finished in front of her that day have since run respectably at stakes level. Her debut second to Peace Charter is another good effort in the context of this race.

She can see off Unforgetable whose career began with a pleasing third to A New Dawn in a 6f maiden at Naas last month.

The solid Aleef can win his third race of the season. He is just a pound higher in the weights as a result of winning a 5f conditions race at Naas last weekend while he won over an extended 5f at Navan a couple of months ago which would suggest that this trip should be fine for him. He is a reliable type who has a good draw to aid his cause.

Fit For Function was some way below his best at Limerick last week but this five time winner had previously put together a string of good runs which entitle him to respect.

SELECTION: ALEEF

Super Treat has a high draw to overcome and he wasn’t at his best last time but a switch back to a sound surface should help him. Furthermore his placed runs behind Opening Verse and Baladiya earlier this season point to his capacity to win a maiden.

He can see off Fairy Fort who is well drawn and probably produced his best effort of the season over a mile at Limerick last weekend when finishing fourth to Phoenix Open.

SELECTION: SUPER TREAT

3.10 Irish Stallion Farms EBF Brownstown Stakes (Group 3) 7F

This could fall to Perfection who comes here off an eye-catching effort in the Wokingham at Ascot where she put in good late work to be beaten by just 3l into seventh. She disappointed at Haydock prior to that but her reappearance second to Pretty Baby at Lingfield is a strong piece of form in the context of this race.

She can see off the admirable Surrounding who has won at stakes level this season and comes here off an excellent second in a premier handicap over this trip on Irish Derby weekend.

The other English runners, Indian Blessing and Heavenly Holly, could also be closely involved.

SELECTION: PERFECTION

Next best: Surrounding

3.45 Boyne Valley Racing Weekend Handicap (45-65) (Division 1) 7F

Coffeemeanscoffee is poorly drawn in stall 17 but her last two runs are quite respectable and give her a leading chance in an open race. She was second over an extended 5f at Bath earlier this month and her previous run was a respectable sixth in a Naas handicap won by Trueba.

If she can match that level of form, she must have every chance. She is preferred to Above Us Only Sky who has a far better draw and did chase home Make A Challenge over this course and distance on her penultimate start.

4.20 Boyne Valley Racing Weekend Handicap (45-65) (Division 2) 7F

Bionic Tonic can make the most of her low draw. On her two handicap outings to date she has shown up well, firstly chasing home Pleasureable at Sligo before than taking fourth behind She’s My Dream over 6f here last month. The trip is a slight concern for her though.

Munfallet is another badly drawn runner and all his wins in Britain came over 6f, but he was just touched off over a mile on his debut for his current connections at Dundalk last November. He should run well despite a 226-day absence from the track.

SELECTION: BIONIC TONIC

Next best: Munfallet

4.55 Making Dream Come True Handicap 1M 2F

This could provide Lyrical Attraction with a third victory of the season. She has won twice over 1m 4f but could well progress further now that she moves up to this trip. Her recent 1½l fourth to Olympic Honour at Gowran represented a solid effort on her part and this longer trip should aid her cause considerably.

She gets the vote to see off Winiata who finished just ½l in front of her when taking third in that same Gowran handicap.

SELECTION: LYRICAL ATTRACTION

5.30 Summer Evening Racing 17th July Handicap (45-65) 1M 4F

Aasleagh Fawn makes plenty of appeal. This relatively lightly raced filly comes here off just seven previous runs and turned in a fine effort at Bellewstown last week to account for Eight And Bob in a similar handicap. A 6lb rise in the weights for that success doesn’t look excessive and she can see off Eadbhard who showed up well in a reasonable handicap for this grade when taking third behind Dinard Rose at Limerick last week.

SELECTION: AASLEAGH FAWN

Next Best: Eadbhhard
