2.00 Irish Stallion Farms EBF Fillies Maiden 6f

Na Blianta Beo makes plenty of appeal on pedigree and could be up to making a winning debut. This Invincible Spirit filly is a daughter of trainer’s great racemare Finsceal Beo who has already produced a number of winners, headed by the Group 2-winning juvenile Ol’ Man River.

She is preferred to Sophelanka whose yard’s fillies have carried all before them this season. Sophelanka is a half-sister to American Grade 3 winner Arles and is out of a granddaughter of the great Allez France. The Moyglare Stakes entrant Tasalka is another to keep in mind.

SELECTION: NA BLIANTA BEO

Next best: Sophelanka

2.35 Killashee Hotel Nursery Handicap 6f

She has plenty of experience to aid her cause and Kocasandra could be the answer to the opening nursery of the season.

This filly has been handed an initial mark of 81 and has the notable assistance of Ben Coen’s 5lb claim, while several of her maiden runs give her a credible chance of making her mark here.

She can defeat the top-weight, Cool Vixen, who won nicely on her debut at Naas two weeks when she accounted for the subsequent winner Punita Arora with something to spare.

SELECTION: KOCASANDRA

Next best: Cool Vixen

3.10 Friarstown Stud Sapphire Stakes (Group 2) 5f

Soldier’s Call can maintain the English raider’s recent stranglehold on this race. This Showcasing colt was good enough to be placed in the Prix de l’Abbaye as a two-year-old last year and he confirmed that all his ability remains intact by running an excellent third to Blue Point in the Group 1 King’s Stand Stakes at Royal Ascot.

The biggest danger could come from the in form of El Astronaute who won a useful 5f listed race at Cork before then producing an excellent weight-carrying effort to take the Rockingham Handicap over this course and distance last month.

The improving Soffia could emerge as the pick of the home defence.

SELECTION: SOLDIER’S CALL

Next Best: El Astronaute

3.45 Kilboy Estate Stakes (Group 2) 1m 1f

After returning to action with a Group 2 success at Royal Ascot Move Swiftly makes most appeal. The slightly longer trip of this race shouldn’t present her with any difficulties and the form of her defeat of Rawdaa and I Can Fly at Ascot makes her a compelling choice here. Furthermore, she is likely to progress off that comeback run.

Red Tea was 9l adrift of Move Swiftly at Royal Ascot but previously showed up very well in a Group 2 over a mile at this track when she was third to Beshaayir. She shouldn’t have any difficulty with the step up to nine furlongs. Goddess isn’t one to dismiss as she showed signs of returning to form last time.

SELECTION: MOVE SWIFTLY

4.20 Ticket Offers At Curragh.ie Handicap 6f 63yds

Offline is a speculative choice from a yard going well. He has dropped 9lbs in the ratings since the start of the season and showed signs of coming back to form at Navan last weekend when he finished a close fourth to Early Call.

He may not need to improve all that much on that showing to carry the day.

Little Clarinet finished in front of Early Call when a ½l second at Navan and she did win a 6f handicap over 6f here last month. She has been holding her form well this season and is certainly capable of winning again.

SELECTION: OFFLINE

Next best: Little Clarinet

4.55 Irish Injured Jockeys Fund Maiden 1m 4f

The 76-rated Halimi looks to have been found a good opportunity. He showed up well to take second in a couple of maidens last month and he also ran with credit to finish fourth to Dadoozdart in the Ulster Derby.

He looks to set the standard on that form and he can deal with Rayounpour who has run two solid races but has ground to make up on the selection after finishing a 1¼l behind him at Cork last month.

SELECTION: HALIMI

Next best: Rayounpour

5.30 Curragh Summer Festival Handicap 2m

Trossachs is likely to take all the beating as he bids for a four-timer.

This fast improving three-year-old ran riot in the Apprentice Derby here last month and he then bolted up in a 1m5f handicap at Leopardstown last week.

Those displays have earned him a 21lb rise in the weights but he looks a stakes horse in the making so he should be able to deal with his revised mark.

Il Paradiso was unable to make an impression in the Irish Derby last time but should find this much easier and a good showing from him looks entirely possible.

SELECTION: TROSSACHS
