1.45 IRISH STALLION FARMS EBF FILLIES MAIDEN 1M
Conquest is a hopeful choice to strike on her third outing. The sister to Minding posted a respectable effort on her debut when finishing fifth to Easter Lily at Leopardstown before then having to settle for sixth (beaten over 11l) behind Shekiba at Galway. However, she shaped better than the final result would suggest at Galway and there should be better to come from her.
A likely threat is Baroness whose debut fifth behind Ballet Shoes over this course and distance last month was quite encouraging.
Selection: CONQUEST

A chance is taken on Bond Street who has yet to try this trip. To date, this Galileo colt has been campaigned over 7f and his last run saw him finish third to The Pentagon in a maiden at this track last month. On that occasion, Bond Street was beaten just under 9l but he was the only one to mount a meaningful challenge to the winner that day and his pedigree gives plenty of encouragement that he will cope with this shorter trip. In addition, this 87-rated colt has a good draw to aid his cause.
Castrogiovanni produced by far his best effort when fourth to Battle Of Jericho in a 6f Leopardstown maiden last month and a repeat performance could see him reach the frame.
Selection: BOND STREET

2.55 PADDY POWER ONSIDE APP NURSERY HANDICAP 6F
Golden Spell can cope with the burden of top weight. This capable filly won the first nursery of the season over this course and distance and she is now 6lbs higher. She was then unable to make an impression when stepping up to Group 3 level for the Silver Flash Stakes (beaten 8l into fourth by Happily) but this represents a substantial drop in class.
Solar Wave posted a decent effort to overcome Outside Inside in a 7f nursery at Gowran during the week and she looks a major threat to the top-weight. T For Tango is also respected on his first start since an unplaced run at Royal Ascot and, in a tight race, Sebastiano Ricci is another to consider after losing out in a three-way photo in a 7f nursery at Galway.
Selection: GOLDEN SPELL

3.30 COMER GROUP INTERNATIONAL IRISH ST LEGER TRIAL STAKES (GROUP 3) 1M6F
This could see Order Of St George make a winning return to domestic action. The top-notch stayer and Arc de Triomphe third has won this race for the last two years and, while this is a springboard to bigger targets in the autumn, he isn’t one to oppose. This will be his first outing since he just lost out to Big Orange in that titanic conclusion to the Gold Cup two months ago.
Wicklow Brave shocked Order Of St George in last year’s Irish St Leger and could give him most to do. He comes here off a respectable fourth in the Goodwood Cup and he is some 9lbs better off with Rekindling for a ½l defeat in the Curragh Cup last month which could enable him to reverse that form.
Selection: ORDER OF ST GEORGE
Next best: Wicklow Brave
4.00 PADDY POWER ACCA INSURANCE HANDICAP 7F
Have A Nice Day can make it five course and distance wins. He has been holding his form well this season and is 3lbs better off with Severus for a ½l beating in a handicap at this track last month. His rider’s 7lb claim is a substantial help too and he could take plenty of beating.
Severus has since been beaten in a Thirsk handicap but the form he showed to beat Have A Nice Day, and when beaten a neck by the smart Silverkode over this course and distance on Derby weekend, makes him a leading player.
Selection: HAVE A NICE DAY

4.35 BEST ODDS IN YOUR PADDY POWER SHOP HANDICAP (45-70) 5F
This could see Polly Douglas notch up her fourth success of the season. She is just 5lbs higher than when winning at Navan last month and ran much better than her eighth to Ducky Mallon here last week might indicate as she endured a troubled passage.
Indeed, she would have been beaten much less than 3½l with average luck in running. Flawlessly should take beating but mightn’t want the ground to ease too much as she is a daughter of Exceed And Excel who seems quite at home on a sound surface.
On her Irish debut last weekend she posted a pleasing effort to be beaten just ½l into second by the useful Snowstar over this course and distance.
Selection: POLLY DOUGLAS
Next best: Flawlessly
5.05 PADDY POWER BETTING SHOPS MAIDEN 5F
Littlevix shaped up nicely on her return from a four-month break when she was beaten just over 1l into third in a 6f maiden won by Comhghairdeas at this track last week. That run confirmed the promise she showed on her debut at Naas in April and there should be more to come from her.
Conversely is becoming frustrating to follow and was beaten just under 3l in that same maiden last week. She is better than that though and several of her previous efforts would give her every chance.
Selection: LITTLEVIX
Next best: Conversely
