A half-sister to a Group 3 winner on the flat, Plumton Queen can make an immediate impact on her hurdling debut.
A daughter of Masar, the Gavin Cromwell-trained filly is bred to get this trip. Obviously with little worthwhile form to call upon, these races are difficult to assess but she looks an interesting prospect.
World Of The Way could represent the main threat. A half-sister to two previous winners, the Henry de Bromhead-trained filly is sure to be well-schooled ahead of her debut.
SELECTION: PLUMTON QUEEN

A maiden winner at this track on the flat, Atomic City has every chance of matching that feat over jumps. Lightly-raced on the level, the Joseph O’Brien-trained gelding attained a mark of 88 after just four starts. He should be open to plenty of improvement.
Chairmanforlife was pulled up on his hurdling debut at Killarney in August but took a significant step forward from that to finish second at Listowel last time. That latter run arguably represents the best piece of individual hurdling form in this race.
SELECTION: ATOMIC CITY

Runner-up at Roscommon last month, Let Him B can go one better. A winner at Down Royal back in March, the Charles Byrnes-trained gelding remains open to further improvement. Having missed a year through injury, the six-year-old has been in decent form since returning to action.
Wexford winner Boola Times has to be respected with jockey Darragh O’Keeffe retaining the ride. Despite a 6lb rise, the Awtaad gelding looked to score with a bit in hand.
SELECTION: LET HIM B

Having shaped with promise on both previous runs, Square Jasmin could be the answer here if ready on his first start since May.
Fourth in a bumper last time, the James Hannon-trained gelding had earlier filled the same position in a maiden hurdle at this track.
Eleven-length Downpatrick bumper winner Martymill looks a definite contender for Anthony McCann. Third on his hurdling debut over this trip at Uttoxeter last month, the Getaway five-year-old is sure to have come on for that experience.
SELECTION: SQUARE JASMIN

3.22 Irish Stallion Farms EBF Novice Hurdle 3m 50yd
Dad Sez can land this four-runner contest for trainer Gordon Elliott. While tactics are sure to play a big part given the shortage of competitors, the six-year-old is proven over this distance and raced prominently when getting off the mark at Kilbeggan on his penultimate start.
Minella Emperor, who won on the corresponding card last year, is sure to have been aimed at this race. Emmet Mullins has few equals when it comes to targeting a particular contest and in receipt of weight, the gelding should give owner/jockey Michael O’Neill a good spin.
SELECTION: DAD SEZ
Next best: Minella Emperor

Nicely treated at these weights and with his jockey claiming 5lb, Ned In The Park can gain a first win over fences. A reproduction of his second-placed chasing debut at Wexford in June would almost certainly be good enough, though he needs to bounce back from a poor run at at Galway subsequently, where he had excuses.
Third at Roscommon on his only previous run over fences, Moylussa has since run well on two outings over hurdles since. Returning to chasing here, the son of Jukebox Jury looks one of the main contenders.
SELECTION: NED IN THE PARK
Next best: Moylussa

Twice a winner earlier in the year, Mic Drop can resume winning ways after the David O’Brien-trained gelding ran a solid second last time out when splitting two previous winners. Very progressive in recent starts, the Soldier Of Fortune gelding could still have more to offer.
Listowel third Cappa Hill won over hurdles at this track last year. Having lost his way somewhat earlier in the campaign, the six-year-old son of Kingston Hill hinted at a revival on his most recent appearance.
SELECTION: MIC DROP
Next best: Cappa Hill

A course-and-distance winner last August, the Dermot Weld-trained Passenger can land a second bumper success.Third in a listed race at Navan next time, his only subsequent run saw him chase home a smart sort in a Leopardstown bumper last Christmas. Having been limited as to which races he could run in as a seven-year-old, connections have waited for this opportunity.
Rokanako disappointed over hurdles at Listowel last time but had shaped with promise when second on his only previous start over jumps. A former bumper winner, the Eddie Power-trained gelding should give the selection most to do.
SELECTION: PASSENGER
