He developed into a very good horse over hurdles for us last season, and was placed in a Grade 2 at Fairyhouse before he won the Red Mills Final at Punchestown. It was always the plan to go chasing with him and he won well at Galway, but I wasn’t happy with him afterwards.

He missed the graded chase after that at Galway as he was lame. We got him looked at all seems good with him and he is back with me again. We’ll take our time with him and we’ll try and get him started again before Christmas. The novice chase division will be very strong again this season and I’d like to find a winners’ race for him before we tackle graded company. He’ll tell us when he’s ready.

I was thrilled with him last year and he looks like an old-fashioned chaser and the plan is that he’ll go novice chasing this season. He has come back looking great after his break and he has filled out. He was always going over fences this season and he didn’t surprise me that he did so well last year.

He is not back in that long so he is a good bit off a run, but he’s one that I am looking forward to going chasing with him. He thrived over the summer and he looks huge.

He looks great after a good break, he was always a horse that would do well for a break. He has filled out and is in super form. I’m delighted with him.

He did well for us last year and there has been plenty said about the National Hunt Chase, but for me it was great that race didn’t leave a mark on him and he seemed to nearly run above his mark in Punchestown behind Delta Work in the Grade 1 novice chase.

Ideally you’d be hoping for a wet winter, but he surprised me how well he handled goodish ground earlier in the year. He just seems to be a better horse on soft and heavy ground. I have no plans made for him yet, but he needs a trip, so the like of what used to be The Hennessey at Newbury (Ladbrokes Trophy) is an option for him.

I’d like to go for those good handicap chases with him rather than tackle graded company. I’d imagine that he’ll have to go that route at some stage and the likes of the Welsh Grand National is another race that might suit him in terms of distance and ground. The main thing is that he’s back and we are thrilled to have a horse like him in the yard.

The Ladbrokes Trophy is one of a number of options open for Discorama \ carolinenorris.ie

I wasn’t happy with him after he ran at Cheltenham and he had a few little things wrong with him afterwards. He has been up and down to Ger Kelly’s a good bit, but he’s back walking now and his rehab is going well. I have to do what I am told to do, and he is due back with the veterinary surgeon next month and then we’ll see what we can do with him, but he won’t run this year and I’d imagine it will be after Christmas when we get him back racing.

He has never been an easy horse to train and we just have to be patient with him. He is just very ground dependent and he won’t run on ground that isn’t at least soft again. He’ll be nine after Christmas, but I’d say once we are happy with him, that we’ll go chasing with him.

He hasn’t a lot of racing done (eight runs) and he has won his point to point and long term you’d be hoping that he’ll develop into a good staying chaser. The main thing is that he’s on the way back and we won’t rush him and either way it will be the New Year before he’ll start back.

He looks great and I have Down Royal as a possible staring off point for him. But we’ll have to see what way the ground is. He is ground dependent, but he’ll never run on quick ground again. He isn’t a deep winter ground horse either and he just wants nice jumping ground.

He’ll be entered for both races in Down Royal, the Grade 1 and the second season novice chase. That is a bit off yet, but that is what I am looking at for him at the minute. He had a good break and he has done very well.

He is in tremendous order and I am very happy with him. He is back in since the 1st of July and he is doing everything right and I’m delighted with him. He developed into a very good horse last season and we’re thrilled to have one like him.

He is back in and he summered well. We are happy with him and are looking forward to going chasing with him. He became a popular horse last season. People latch onto a horse like him, a horse coming from a small stable, people like to support the underdog.

He is back in about three weeks. Regarding Punchestown, I’d say Cheltenham just left its mark on him. That was the first time that he a really hard race in his life. We were very particular the route we took with him last season.

He went to Galway and had a break, then he won his maiden hurdle well. He had an easy race when he won at Naas and then he went to Cheltenham for the biggest race of his life and he’s not one of those individuals that would thrive on tough, hard races. You pick your day and pick your battles with him. He left his heart on a plate at Cheltenham.

Trip wise, two and a half plus is what he wants. We’ll know more in the next month or six weeks as to where and when he’ll start back. We’ll look to start him back on a good sort of track.

The dry weather helped him last season as he is not a soft/heavy ground horse and he had the ideal run through last winter and never had to have a slog on heavy ground.

We schooled him over a few fences after Punchestown before we sent him home and we were very happy with what we saw that day.

He looks great and he’s a horse that always holds onto plenty of condition, but he had a nice break and he is back in about six or eight weeks. There are two options for him, one at Limerick and there is a handicap chase for him at Cork.

Long term I am not really sure what we’ll aim him at this season, but the Paddy Power at Cheltenham is an option for him. Hopefully we’ll get him started before then. He is in good order and he came back in strong and he is still good and strong. I suppose we’ll look to get him back started in the next six to eight weeks or so.

Articulum will likely start his season at Limerick or Cork and possibly be aimed towards the Paddy Power at Cheltenham \ carolinenorris.ie

She looks a million dollars and came back into training on Wednesday. She obviously looks an exciting filly and she was very impressive when she won the Grade 3 bumper at Punchestown and not many mares win four bumpers.

We are thrilled to have one like her and I have no idea as to when we’ll start her off, but she is back with us and she looks to have done really well. All those mares’ races are options for her over the winter. She has had just the one start over hurdles and we’ll find a maiden hurdle for her, whenever we think that she is ready to start off.

He was brilliant for us last season, he is in good form and did great for his break. He is looking really well and we’ll see how he is over the next few weeks. I have no plans made for him just yet and I have a feeling that he is better going left-handed, than right, so we might look at left-handed options for him first.

She has come back looking great after her holiday and I’ve been delighted with her. She did very well for us last year and it’s great to have a horse like her in the yard.

We’ll see how she is, but I’ve been thrilled with her and she is back in a while and is back tipping away at the moment. It’s a bit early to say when she’ll start back, but I’d imagine that it will be sometime in October at the earliest.

He did brilliantly for us last season and he obviously looks exciting. He looks great after his break and he is back in a few weeks and the plan is that he’ll go novice chasing.

He improved throughout last season and he looks to have done very well for his break. He is back tipping away and I’d imagine that we’ll look at starting him over fences sometime in November.
