Voix Des Tiep

(W.P. Mullins)

Naas November 9

This gelding has won a bumper and a maiden hurdle over the last two seasons and shouldn’t be long in adding to his tally over fences on the evidence of his third to stablemate Tornado Flyer in a competitive beginners’ chase last Saturday where he was beaten by just over a length into third.

You Can Call Me Al

(E.J. O’Grady)

Naas November 9th

This son of Fame And Glory showed plenty of promise to be placed on his two runs last season and he served further notice of his potential with a fine third to Embittered in a decent looking maiden hurdle last Saturday. He shouldn’t have to wait long for a first success.

Cherif De L’Isle

(G. Elliott)

Navan November 10

He was returning from close to two years off when taking third in a handicap hurdle won by Theatre World. He finished well to be beaten by five lengths into third and looks the type to make his mark in a staying handicap hurdle this winter.

Escaria Ten

(G. Elliott)

Fairyhouse November 12th

This winning pointer began his career with a second to The Little Yank in a Tipperary bumper last month and he confirmed that promise with a creditable third to Diol Ker in a two-and-a-half-mile maiden hurdle on Tuesday. He should develop into a capable stayer.

Mighty Jeremy

(P. Meaney)

Fairyhouse November 12

He was well supported at big prices prior to his second handicap hurdle outing where he ran with considerable credit to chase home Solar Heat. This was easily his best effort to date and it was his first time on testing ground so he appeals as one that could be placed to advantage this winter.
