CHECK out www.equizart.com where you will find all sorts of treasures compiled by Julie Duffy who has a lifetime of working with horses, initially as a competitor and later as the owner of an equestrian centre in Strabane, Co Tyrone.

Julie studied a BA in Fine Art but missed horses so much that she took a job in a yard just outside Rome. Pretty nifty manoeuvre.

She produces high definition equestrian artworks which are printed on lightweight metal.

Anybody who wants something different from the mainstream should take a look.

Club has WhatsApp group

THE Dublin Racing Club have set up a WhatsApp group for members for general racing and betting chat. If you’d like to be added to the group, send a message to 086 0855072.

They have placed an accumulator for today’s racing at Aintree that returns €1 million if all the horses win.

Members of the WhatsApp group will have a free share of the bet.

Naturally she wanted her Daddy there, so the family aims to hotfoot from the ceremony to see the off at Aintree for Barry’s spin on Anibale Fly, hopefully well-in with heavenly blessings.
