WELL done Suzanne McGarry from Sligo who won the most stylish lady competition at the Dubai Duty Free Irish Derby at the Curragh last weekend against some sterling competition.
Suzanne favoured Irish designers with a bespoke dress by Anna McGuire and hat by Laura Hanlon. The judges were led by Dragon’s Den star Chanelle McCoy, IMAGE Magazine’s editor-in-chief Melanie Morris, Independent News and Media fashion editor, Bairbre Power and Breeda McLoughlin, wife of Colm McLoughlin, executive vice chairman and CEO of Dubai Duty Free.
Courtesy of Dubai Duty Free, Suzanne will enjoy a luxurious trip to Dubai, with accommodation in the five star Jumeriah Creekside Hotel, and a €1,000 Dubai Duty Free spending spree.
Colm McLoughlin and his wife Breeda, hosted almost 400 people in their exclusive VIP pavilion inside the track at the Curragh. Famous faces spotted in the pavilion included Anne Doyle, Gay Byrne, Kathleen Watkins, Oscar nominee Jim Sheridan, Alan Hughes, Annette Rocca, Jane Given and 2FM DJ, Keith Walsh.
