LOTTIE Ryan, radio and TV broadcaster, is the fashion judge for Naas Racecourse’s Royal Ascot Trials day on Sunday, May 19th after an announcement made at Kildare Village at a glamorous afternoon tea attended by some of Ireland’s leading fashionistas and sports personalities.

A prize worth over €8,500 will go to the best dressed lady including an overnight stay with dinner in the Manor House at Palmerstown House Estate with 19 of her friends.

The prize also includes a €1,000 shopping spree in Kildare Village, so you can go mad in there for the summer outfits.

Lottie’s theme is ‘breaking the mould’, the concept behind it being that racing fashion does not have to be traditional and predictable.

Lottie interviewed a panel of four women in sport who have broken the mould in their respective fields including Kildare footballer Roisin Byrne, and Co Kildare, boxer Katelynn Phelan, racing industry personality, Orla Murtagh and trainer Jessica Harrington.

On May 19th, registration for ladies day is free of charge, taking place in the ladies’ pavilion beside the parade ring from 1-3pm and entrants will be treated to a complimentary glass of Pimms.
