A GREAT idea from the Ward Union Hunt Club for their latest fundraising initative which gives one winner a chance to be a racehorse owner for a year. For €50 you will be in a draw to win a horse in training with leading trainer Gordon Elliott and experience the thrill of ownership with no hidden costs for the 2018 National Hunt season.

You can choose your own racing colours, see your horse work on the gallops, have owner’s badges for racedays when the horse is running, and you get to keep all the prize money which no doubt Gordon will reel in.

There is a cash alternative of €7,000 in lieu, a generous second prize of €1,000 and a third of €500.

Get in early for the draw at the end of December 2017.
