Sabrina Fairchild

(S. Lynam)

Dundalk, December 3rd

A reliable filly, she looks capable of adding to the maiden success she recorded at Dundalk just over a year ago. She had to settle for sixth behind Ascot Dreamer on Tuesday but would have been much closer with a clear run. Her turn will not be far away.

The Tack Room

(J.E. Kiely)

Fairyhouse, November 30th

He went off at 100/1 for his racecourse debut in the maiden hurdle won by Conflated but belied those odds with an encouraging effort that eventually saw him beaten by just under 16 lengths into eighth. He showed enough to suggest a maiden hurdle could be well within his reach at some point this winter.

Ciel De Neige

(W.P. Mullins)

Fairyhouse, December 1st

This four-year-old made his debut for Willie Mullins when finishing third to Band Of Outlaws at Cheltenham in March and showed up nicely on his first run since then when finishing fourth to Janidil in a valuable handicap hurdle last Sunday. He can land a major handicap prize this season.

Ragnar Lodbrook

(G. Elliott)

Fairyhouse, December 1st

The four-year-old bumper won by Eric Bloodaxe on Sunday looked a strong affair and this Fame And Glory gelding shaped up well in coming from well off the pace to secure third. He looks more than capable of making his mark in a bumper.

Saol Iontach

(G.P. Cromwell)

Clonmel, December 5th

This mare had to settle for seventh in the maiden hurdle won by Carrigmoorna Pine but she shaped better than the bare result. She faded out of contention after looking likely to be involved turning for home and she will be interesting when she moves into handicaps.
