Racing career: Barberton was unplaced in six runs on the flat when trained first by Jeremy Noseda, and then by Paddy Rogers between August 2011 and July 2013.

Second career: Barberton is now owned by Carol Coad and competed by her daughter Rosie at EI110(J) level in Eventing Ireland. Last year, they had an outstanding first season as a combination, placing in the top six in all but one of their 12 runs. This meant they were the winners of the Treo Eile Thoroughbred League for 2025. Barberton was previously competed by Sarah Curry and Kara Stanbridge prior to striking a partnership with Rosie.
