TATTERSALLS Online have published 21 early entries for the Online Breeze Up Session, including a half-brother to the sale’s Grade 3-placed graduate Iriseach.

The fourth renewal of the sale will see juveniles breeze at Dundalk Stadium on May 27th and will be offered as part of the Tattersalls Online June Sale, for which bidding will open on June 3rd, and close 24 hours later.

Sean Davis and GS Bloodstock gave 15,000gns for a Ubettabelieveit colt from Hyde Park Stud last year and enjoyed a quick return when their purchase finished fourth on debut at Navan a month later.

That promise saw the colt sell to the Phil d’Amato stable, for whom he finished third in the Grade 3 Cecil B DeMille Stakes and has since placed in two stakes at Santa Anita.

His Ardad half-brother will be offered by Hyde Park Stud this year, while other consignors supporting the sale include Bansha House Stables, Davis Bloodstock, Kildallan Farm, M.C. Thoroughbreds, Meadowview Stables, Powerstown Stud and The Bloodstock Connection.

Early entries include the progeny of proven top-flight sires Cotai Glory, Munnings, St Mark’s Basilica, Starman, Starspangledbanner, Territories and Too Darn Hot.

Alternative avenue

Upon publishing the initial entries, Tattersalls Online Sales manager Katherine Sheridan said: “The Online Breeze Up Session has firmly established itself as an important addition to the European breeze-up calendar, offering consignors an alternative route to market and access to a diverse range of quality two-year-olds for buyers.

“Dundalk provides an excellent environment to showcase the horses, while professional breeze footage, official timings and extended inspection opportunities give buyers a strong level of information ahead of the sale.”

All lots will be available for inspection at Dundalk on May 27th and prospective buyers are encouraged to arrange pre-sale inspections prior to the Online June Sale directly with consignors using the contact details listed on the Tattersalls Online website.
