THE Goffs Classic Breeze Up Sale has attracted greater numbers for its second renewal, with the catalogue growing from 62 to 74 lots this year.

Juveniles will breeze at Naas Racecourse from 11am on Monday, June 22nd and be offered at Goffs five days later, with selling beginning at 6.15pm on Saturday, June 27th following racing at the Curragh as part of the Dubai Duty Free Irish Derby Festival.

Siblings to Group 1 Prix de Royallieu winner Consent and Melbourne Cup hero Cross Counter are among the lots catalogued, with leading sires featured including Camelot, Havana Grey, Kingman, Lope de Vega, Mehmas, No Nay Never, Sea The Stars, St Mark’s Basilica and Wootton Bassett.

The inaugural edition saw seven horses sell for between €100,000 and €330,000, with 39 lots commanding an average price of €65,783.
