WILLIE Mullins provided two of the highlights of the GoffsGo June Sale, which was topped by talented chaser O’Moore Park at £66,000.
The nine-year-old Walk In The Park gelding has placed in two Grade 2 chases at Cheltenham, which was part of the appeal for buyers Darren O’Dwyer and Martin Keighley.
“It’s great to be able to buy a readymade Saturday horse of this quality on GoffsGo,” O’Dwyer commented. “He will be targeted at all the Cheltenham meetings over the winter before going onto the big spring festivals. Hopefully he can provide connections with a lot of fun going forward.”
Joe Chambers, racing manager for O’Moore Park’s previous owners Susannah and Rich Ricci, said: “I’m very happy with the price achieved today.
“From the time of enquiry, Goffs did a great job marketing the horse, they attracted plenty of buyers as the bidding was very busy on GoffsGo, it was great to see.”

Successful over hurdles in March, the relatively lightly-raced eight-year-old also won a listed chase in October and was Grade 2-placed in an Aintree bumper three years ago.
Harriet Jones and Chloe Battam’s Consign Ltd offered the only mare in foal on behalf of Deva Racing and were rewarded with a final bid of £43,000 from Boynepark Ltd.
The mare in question, That’ll Do Moss, boasted three blacktype placings over hurdles, including when second in the Grade 1 Honeysuckle Mares Novice Hurdle.
Previously trained by Fergal O’Brien, the daughter of Black Sam Bellamy was carrying her first cover to Golden Horn.
