BOOKINGS have already started to trickle in to the Irish Thoroughbred Breeders’ Association for Expo 27 - The Next 100.

The two-day racing and breeding industry showcase event will take place at Goffs next January, featuring up to 100 stand holders and a full schedule of panel discussions and presentations. Thousands of members of the public have attended previous Expo events staged by the ITBA, the most recent being in 2018.

A week after initial details were released, ITBA chief executive Peter O’Reilly said: “The reaction has been very positive in Ireland and there has been some feedback from abroad.”

Marketing efforts will be stepped up when the bookings portal goes live, probably in the next two weeks.

O’Reilly said: “This event will be built around collaboration, learning and our unique ‘Irish style’ of networking that makes this industry thrive. By participating in it companies will be involved in what is the flagship event of our centenary year but more importantly they will benefit by being part of Ireland’s largest thoroughbred industry exhibition and conference.

“They will gain insight and access to industry leadership, innovation and thought leadership, and meet and network with national and international delegates from racing, breeding and equine businesses. This is a rare opportunity to meet key decision-makers, influencers and stakeholders from across the sector.”

Further details on exhibitor packages, ticketing and the speaker line-up will follow in the coming months.

Anyone interested in exhibiting, sponsoring or otherwise getting involved is asked to contact the ITBA offices directly.
