OVER 160 horses are catalogued for the Ascot July Summer Sale next Tuesday (July 14th).

A draft from Darley is the likely highlight though a new select session of horses in-training is also likely to prove popular. Among the late entries are:

Lot 46 Wee Man: five-year-old gelding by Milan who finished second on his debut in a Market Rasen bumper.

Lot 49 Western Breeze: Six-year-old mare by Westerner who won a mares’ maiden hurdle at Southwell.

Lot 50 Hillview Chloe: Five-year-old by Kayf Tara who finished second at Necarne point-to-point.

Lot 51 Woodfleet: Four-year-old gelding by Fleetwood who fnished third at Ballingarry point-to-point.

Lot 52 Blackmill: Four-year-old gelding by Kalanisi who finished second at Ballingarry point-to-point.

Lot 57 Super Scorpion: Five-year-old gelding by Scorpion who won at Ballingarry point-to-point.

Lot 58 Epic Ethel: Four-year-old filly by Midnight Legend who won a mares’ bumper at Worcester.

Lot 117 Mazaryne: Six-year-old mare by Protektor who finished eighth of 15 over hurdles in France on her only start to-date. She is a half-sister to the dam of The New One.
