DOWNPATRICK’s two-day Racing Festival, which ties in with the town’s Down Time Festival, starts today when the Eire Og GAA club celebrates its 50th birthday with a lunch for 300 guests.

Hopefully they, and all other racegoers, will remember to enter the weekend’s festival draw competition to be in with a chance to win a ‘Sail Away Trip on the Med on a Mini Cruise’. The winner will enjoy a three-night trip visiting Italy, France and Spain aboard the luxurious MSC Divina with flights and food included for two people.
