ALREADY this season, Gloucestershire trainer Nigel Twiston-Davies has enjoyed plenty of success with horses first trained at Loughanmore by Colin McKeever for Wilson Dennison.

The trend continued on Tuesday at Bangor where Jamie Bargary landed the second division of the bumper on Ballygomartin who was making his debut for Twiston-Davies, owner also of the Scorpion gelding. The four-year-old, who is out of the unraced Presenting mare Moll Bawn (a half-sister to Ottowa (by Roselier) and Calling Brave (by Bob Back)), ran once in a point-to-point, Derek O’Connor pulling him up three out in a four-year-old geldings’ maiden at Necarne in May.
