WITH his father Ronan still on his way back from England, where Da Baba Elephant brought up a treble when winning the two-mile, five-furlong handicap chase at Sedgefield on Thursday week, Kian McNally had to accompany his mother Sheena to Cork for the weekend.
However, the young man didn’t have to hang around watching his mother doing boring things like dressage, show jumping and cross-country at the Eventing Ireland national championships at Kilguilkey House as he was whisked away by Ciaran Fennessy so he could spend his weekend with ‘real’ horses.
