Sprinter Sacre brought the house down at Cheltenham on Wednesday when the 10-year-old gelding regained his Champion Chase crown.

Winner of the race in 2013, Sprinter Sacre then spent two years off the track following a heart scare in December of that year. But this season trainer Nicky Henderson has worked miracles to get the horse back to something like his best form.

Most punters believed that Irish favourite Un De Sceaux would win today's race but Ruby Walsh's mount had no answer when Sprinter Sacre and jockey Nico de Boinville swept past on the home turn.
