BALLYWALTER Farms, the home of Irish show jumpers Bertram and Harry Allen, this week announced they have taken over the management of their five stallions – Romanov II, Hector van d’Abdijhoeve, Dino W, Guinness and Silvermines Cruising.

Romanov, Hector van d’Abdijhoeve and Dino W previously stood with The Stallion Company, while seven-year-old Guinness and the six-year-old Cruising-sired Silvermines Cruising were based in Ireland at Justin Burke’s Galway Bay Stud.

With the exception of Romanov, all the stallions are being competed by Bertram and Harry, and will now stand at Allen’s farm in Hunxe, Germany.

In addition, Ballywalter have partnered up with Paddy Looney's Stockholm Seminstation in Sweden to allow Swedish breeders access to the stallions.

The announcement coincided with the launch of their new website Ballywalter Farms.
