With 93 tests being ridden it was a busy day for competitors and judges alike, especially for judge Bernie Foley who competed in the elementary and medium classes, while stepping in to oversee the judging of some of the short arena tests along with judge Michael Moore.

Top honours in the BD 19 category 2 class went to Heike Holstein aboard her homebred Samarant mare Sambuca who impressed judge Dermot Cannon with a polished performance scoring 75.23% and narrowly beating Alison Keogh and the four-year-old Dutch-bred Fire Fly into second place.
