THE fifth renewal of Irish Champions’ Weekend is upon us, and for a short time, we’ll try to park a bit of the negativity and let the event and track action take the headlines.

Hopefully the weather will allow all the advance planning to bear fruit with a decent attendance, many of whom will be newcomers to racing.
